Using Somatic Interventions with Depression and Depressive Disorders, With Maureen Gallagher, PhD, SEP
Many clients come for relief of episodes of depression or depressive symptoms. Somatic work provides a unique skill set to work with these symptoms by adding bodily experiences to create powerful relief and instill a sense of agency in clients to relate to and work with their symptoms effectively. In this two day training, you will learn through lecture and demonstration the skills needed to add somatic interventions to your work with depression.
This workshop is offered in a 2 day format with the addition of a practice session and case consult. 6 CE’s can be obtained through R. Cassidy for $40.
