Sarah provides a safe and caring environment for clients to express themselves and explore the areas of their lives that feel stuck or cause them distress. After spending a decade in the mental health field as a facilitator of therapeutic drama and expressive art groups, Sarah recently returned to school to obtain her mental health counseling degree. She is also an intermediate-level Somatic Experiencing® trainee, and incorporates mind-body and arts-based techniques into her psychodynamic, person-centered approach to therapy. She collaborates with clients to identify behaviors and beliefs that no longer serve them, to develop new ways of being that are more aligned with their wellness and goals, and to cultivate a more compassionate way of relating themselves and those around them.
