Cycles of Attunement With Reese Williams

This will be a day given to attention, sensing, and embodiment through guided meditations, resourcing, and retreat. I will be introducing three meditation practices, Anapanasati, Body Scans and Cycles of Attunement and we will explore the synergy between these practices and how they can support you in creating and maintaining a healthy “relational field” with your client. Our afternoon together afternoon will consist of lecture/conversation and two 45 minute “guided meditations.” This seminar is reserved for psychotherapists and body therapy practitioners.

Reese Williams LAc. practices and teaches Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy in Rhinebeck and New York City where he is on the faculty of Soma-Psyche Institute. He was educated a Washington University (BFA), the University of California at Berkeley (MFA), the Tri-State College of Acupuncture, Stillpoint CST, The Upledger Institute, and with many individual teachers, including Franklyn Sills, Michael Shea, John Upledger, Kiiko Matsumoto and Joseph Campbell.
