This will be a day given to attention, sensing, and embodiment through guided meditations, resourcing, and retreat. I will be introducing three meditation practices, Anapanasati, Body Scans and Cycles of Attunement and we will explore the synergy between these practices and how they can support you in creating and maintaining a healthy “relational field” with your client.
